a. Collection of Personal Information. The collection of personal information (the “Collected Data”) will be used by Cordlife for the following purposes: responding to your enquiry, processing your registration of the MetaScreen™ newborn screening (the “Service”); collecting and identifying the urine specimen provided by you for the Service; and enabling the provision of the Service to you. Kindly note that it is mandatory for you to provide all the personal data requested by Cordlife. If you do not provide such personal data, we may not be able provide the Service to you.
b. Use of Collected Data. The Collected Data will only be handled by Cordlife. To the extent necessary for purposes above, the Collected Data will be transferred to HKSC. Otherwise, the Collected Data will not be transferred to any other third party without your prior consent, unless required by any competent court or judicial, governmental or regulatory body or pursuant to any relevant law or regulation. You have the right to request access to and correction of the Collected Data. If you wish to access or correct the Collected Data, please contact Cordlife.
d. Password Protected Areas. You are responsible for taking all steps to ensure that no other person has access to your password or account. It is your sole responsibility to (1) control the dissemination and use of your password; (2) authorise, monitor, and control access to and use of your password; and (3) promptly inform Cordlife of any need to deactivate your user name or password. You permit Cordlife to transmit, monitor, retrieve, store and use your information in connection with the provision of the Service. Cordlife does not and cannot assume any responsibility or liability for any information submitted by you to the Website.

Miscellaneous Conditions of Use
Resolution and Disputes. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. These terms and conditions, as they may be amended from time to time, completely and exclusively state the agreement between you and Cordlife (the “Parties”) with respect to the use of the Website, and no other terms that may have been communicated to you orally or in any other manner shall have any force or effect. Both Parties agree that the courts of Hong Kong SAR are to have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with the use of the Website.
If any part of the Terms and Conditions are found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalid or unenforceable part shall be modified to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the Parties. The other provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
